APCOM is organising an interregional dialogue to highlight the issues of sustaining the MSM and transgender community response in the age of HIV Financing in transition. What will happen to key population programmes after international donor exit? Will domestic governments readily ‘take over’ the resourcing of key population responses, especially in light of criminalisation (MSM, drug use, sex work)? What opportunities exist in order to ensure no one, especially communities most affected by HIV, are left behind? These are the questions that will be addressed in this dialogue. This meeting is hosted by APCOM, in partnership with SOMOSGAY and ECOM, as part of the MPact Global Fund consortium.
